| Monsieur Diego Pascal GHYMERS I was overwhelmed with sadness to hear that Diego had died. I know his last few years had not been easy, but I met him at a good phase in his life, completely by chance. The composer, Frederic Rzewski, was staying at my house in London, and one evening we went to a concert at the Roundhouse. At one point, a young man came up to greet Frederic, saying that he had once been in a masterclass of Frederic's in Spain. Later we went to Diego's events. By another etraordinary chance, I invited a very close friend who lived nearby to the event. Afterwards we were drinking a beer, when it turned out that Diego's father had saved the life of her husband... The connection was meant. Diego, rest in peace..
